1. Overview
Much Love, No Fear LLC ("the Platform") strives for customer satisfaction. This policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made on mlnf.net.
2. Runegold Purchases (One-Time)
Unused Runegold:
- Refund requests for unused Runegold may be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- The Runegold balance must be equal to or greater than the amount purchased (i.e., none has been spent).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Used/Spent Runegold:
- Once Runegold has been spent (tips, boosts, badges, etc.), it is non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the unused portion.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
- Refunds for the current month are available within 48 hours of being charged, provided subscription benefits have not been used.
- If subscription Runegold bonuses have been received and/or spent, the current month is non-refundable.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe an unauthorized transaction has been made on your account:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- We will investigate and issue a full refund for confirmed unauthorized transactions.
- We may suspend the account during investigation to prevent further unauthorized activity.
5. Technical Issues
If a technical error causes:
- Duplicate charges: Full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Runegold not credited after payment: We will credit your account or issue a refund.
- Service outage during subscription period: Pro-rated credit may be applied at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your username, transaction date, and amount
- Describe the reason for the refund request
- We will respond within 2 business days
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the equivalent USD value at the time of refund processing.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Runegold that has been spent (tips, boosts, badges)
- Runegold transferred to creators (already paid out)
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
9. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
