Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Much Love, No Fear ("MLNF", "the Platform", "we", "us") at mlnf.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

MLNF is a creator subscription and content platform. Independent content creators stream live, publish videos, and engage with their audiences. Users purchase platform features and digital goods to support their favorite creators and unlock platform functionality. The Platform is operated by Much Love, No Fear LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make purchases on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Platform Balance: Runeshards and Runegold

Runeshards (User Side)

• Runeshards are an in-app feature of the Platform that enable users to support creators, send gifts, and unlock platform features. Runeshards have no value or use outside the Platform.
• Runeshards may be acquired by purchase through the payment options the Platform makes available.
• Runeshards may be spent on direct support of creators (tips, gift subscriptions, sponsored stream segments, content boosts) and on platform features and perks (cosmetic items, comment highlighting, premium chat features, and similar).
• Runeshards cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for monetary value, or refunded, except where required by applicable law. Runeshards cannot be transferred between user accounts.
• All purchases of Runeshards are final.
• If your account is closed, terminated, or suspended for any reason, any Runeshards remaining in your balance will be forfeited.
• The Platform may modify Runeshards pricing, bundle structures, and promotional offers at any time. Past purchases at prior prices are not affected by future pricing changes.
• Unused Runeshards balances do not expire.

Runegold (Creator Side)

• When users spend Runeshards in support of a creator, the supporting amount accrues to that creator's account balance, denominated in Runegold. Runegold represents the creator's earned platform balance.
• When a user spends Runeshards on creator-directed actions (tips, gift subscriptions, sponsored stream segments, content boosts), 85% of the spent value accrues to the receiving creator as Runegold, and 15% is retained by the Platform as platform support.
• Runeshards spent on platform features and perks (cosmetic items, comment highlighting, premium chat features, and similar) do not accrue to creators.
• Creators may convert their Runegold balance to Runeshards at a 1-to-1 rate at any time, with no fee. Once converted, the balance is governed by the Runeshards terms above, including the non-cashability provisions for users.

6. Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions (Truth Warrior, Viking Champion, Freedom Jarl) cover a 30-day access period.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. No payment method is stored on file and no recurring charge is ever initiated by the Platform.
• You will receive an in-app notification before your subscription expires. To maintain access, you must manually renew from your account dashboard by completing a new payment.
• A 7-day grace period applies after the period end before access is fully revoked.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation ends the current period and waives the grace period.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

7. Creator Earnings and Cashout

When users spend Runeshards on creator-directed actions, 85% accrues to the receiving creator as Runegold, as described in Section 5. Creators may withdraw their accumulated Runegold via the cashout methods available at /cashout. Cashout requirements, processing times, and minimum balance thresholds are described on that page and may be updated from time to time.

Creators are independent platform users. Use of Much Love, No Fear does not create an employer-employee, contractor, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between any creator and the Platform. Creators are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax, legal, and reporting obligations with respect to any earnings or cashouts received through the Platform. Much Love, No Fear does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice and does not act as your accountant, employer, or tax preparer.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach Platform security
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Resell or transfer Runegold between accounts for profit

9. Content Guidelines

The Platform supports free expression within the boundaries described in our Community Guidelines. Specifically prohibited:

• Fully explicit sexual content, full-frontal nudity, or pornographic material
• Content depicting actual abuse or exploitation of minors (reported to authorities, no exceptions)
• Content facilitating actual illegal activity
• Direct threats of violence against any person or group
• Hate speech targeting individuals based on protected characteristics
• Coordinated harassment, brigading, or doxxing

Robust debate, dissenting opinions, and unconventional viewpoints are explicitly welcome. The line is drawn at content that targets people for who they are rather than what they argue.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, creators grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute their content within the Platform.

11. Copyright Infringement and DMCA

MLNF respects copyright. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may file a DMCA takedown notice with our designated agent. See our full DMCA Policy for the procedure, counter-notification process, and contact information.

Repeat infringer policy: Users who receive multiple valid copyright complaints will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. We track all takedown notices for this purpose.

Do not upload content you do not own or have the right to distribute. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization may result in content removal and account action.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
