1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Much Love, No Fear ("MLNF", "the Platform", "we", "us") at mlnf.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

MLNF is a livestreaming entertainment platform that allows users to view content, interact with creators, and participate in a virtual currency economy ("Runegold"). The Platform is operated by Much Love, No Fear LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make purchases on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Runegold Virtual Currency

  • Runegold is a virtual currency used exclusively within the Platform.
  • Runegold has no real-world monetary value outside the Platform.
  • Runegold cannot be exchanged for cash by viewers/purchasers.
  • Purchases of Runegold are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to modify the Runegold economy, including exchange rates and pricing, at any time.
  • Unused Runegold balances do not expire.

6. Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions (Truth Warrior, Viking Champion, Freedom Jarl) cover a 30-day access period.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically. No payment method is stored on file and no recurring charge is ever initiated by the Platform.
  • You will receive an in-app notification before your subscription expires. To maintain access, you must manually renew from your account dashboard by completing a new payment.
  • A 7-day grace period applies after the period end before access is fully revoked.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation ends the current period and waives the grace period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

7. Creator Payouts

Content creators receive 85% of tips and Runegold spent on their content. The Platform retains 15%. Creator earnings are subject to a 30-day hold period before becoming eligible for cashout. Minimum cashout threshold is 5,000 Runegold ($50).

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach Platform security
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
  • Resell or transfer Runegold between accounts for profit

9. Content Guidelines

The Platform supports free expression but prohibits content that is illegal, contains child exploitation material, or constitutes direct threats of violence. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, creators grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute their content within the Platform.

11. Copyright Infringement and DMCA

MLNF respects copyright. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may file a DMCA takedown notice with our designated agent. See our full DMCA Policy for the procedure, counter-notification process, and contact information.

Repeat infringer policy: Users who receive multiple valid copyright complaints will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. We track all takedown notices for this purpose.

Do not upload content you do not own or have the right to distribute. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization may result in content removal and account action.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
